Hello! We are part of a small project and we introduce ourselves from the start-up "MissMouka", focused on the development of a wide range of powder premixes for alimentation where you can find premixes with different flavours and different key ingredients. 

 

Our strategic line are the products "VeggieBO" and, from all of them, the brioche powder premix  with microalgae has been chosen as the flagship prduct  of this start-up.

 

It has been chosen because of its differential ingredient, microalgae,  with high benefits for human health and its new addition to the regulation of Novel Foods. Furthermore, the use of microalgae as a food ingredient is an alternative to its use as a source of biofuel or animal feed.
